In addition to the Web API, it is possible to import registration form data via file. This import usually takes place on the side of a landlord, who has direct access to the web interface.

The file interface supports multiple data formats to ensure a smooth transition between systems.

Importing the Data

The data is imported directly via the web interface after logging into the system under the menu item Meldescheine > Import. There the data can be posted directly. The interface guides the user through the individual steps and shows a preview.

Status of the Imported Registration Forms

Important

Registration forms imported via file are always saved in status Draft and must then be manually released, edited or cancelled by the user.
